So what exactly do we mean when we offer a free, no obligation proposal and price quote?
Good question. At it's very basic core, a proposal is simply what we propose that you do, and how much it will cost.
The most important things to know about a design proposal from Bold Print Design Studio is that it doesn't cost anything, and it doesn't commit you to do anything further.
Very first, you'll contact us (by phone, email, or though our quote request form) and let us know what you want to do. You may not yet even know what your "project" will end up being. Some clients come to us and say "I need business cards" and some say "I need to let the people who own homes here in the Outer Banks but live a distance away know about the services I could provide for them."
We listen carefully and will generally have some questions to help define the project.
We'll take a look at the people who will view this project (your target audience) and at the materials that your local and national competitors provides to this same audience. We'll discuss your budget - a very important step (see why here). And then we'll let you know what we believe is the best plan of action for you.
Our proposals are very informative and include a technical proposal, a timeline and a cost estimate. We spell out exactly what work we propose to do, explaining the pros and cons of the options available. Many options can be added or removed "a la carte". We'll list them all, along with a price list for every line item, so you can see what items are adding the most cost to the project and determine what will give you the most bang for your buck.
If you want to work with us, you'll let us know, and we'll take it from there.
We have project planning guides and a wealth of information to share within our client log-in area, which will become available to you at this point. We're easy to reach, even easier to talk to, and we'll walk you through the project from start to success.
