Additional Informational Pages
In addition to the full suite of real estate tools and features offered with every site, you can include many basic informational pages full of information that not only add content to your site (which helps the search engines deem you worthy) and also helps your clients in many ways. Both of these (helping the search engines and helping your clients) will of course, in turn, help you!
Examples of static, informational pages you could provide for your clients include:
- Information for Buyers - feature articles on what to look for in a home and other helpful information for buyers
- Information for Sellers - feature articles on how to stage a home, what's a realistic price, etc
- Neighborhood descriptions and links for your area such as links to utility companies, chamber of commerce or visitors centers,
- Lending or Investment Information - or other specialized areas
- Real Estate Articles - "How to work with a Real Estate Agent", "What do the designations mean?" and more
- Real Estate Glossary - better inform your site visitors and establish yourself as an expert in your field
- "Ask the Expert" form allows potential clients to email you questions through your website (collecting their contact information). This form can be routed to the agent on duty or sent to a specified account.
- Previous Client Testimonials
- Agent Recruiting Pages
- Company Information, News and Announcements for current agents and staff and the general public
And any other page you can think of...
Additionally, our Content Management Systems allow you to update your own content pages on your own to always keep your content fresh and exciting.
