If you manage the property yourself (without the assistance of an outside Property Management Company) we offer to you "Availability Online" - an online calendar and reservation request system.

A guest will see your availability chart showing when the home is available. They can then fill in a reservation request via the secure online form on your site. The website will send you an email and/or a fax with the reservation request info. You then pen in the reservation in your books and contact the guest with their confirmation and information. You will at that time access your site's administration panel through a web browser and check the boxes next to the dates that the house was reserved for. Our system automatically updates the availability page.

With the administration page you can also check reservation totals and percentages for the next year, view pending and archived reservations, see stats on how many people viewed your online availability calendar over the past 30 days, change your basic home information, policies, messages displayed on the reservation request form, etc.
