Identity Design: A Case
Study
One past client's Logo Design Experience
|
The client is
The Ogorek Group in Ringoes, New Jersey.
They help high tech and lighting companies
obtain contracts with the US Government.
From the beginning they wanted their logo to
have a patriotic, perhaps red/white/blue
with stars theme, yet to still be sleek and
business like. Below are the first concepts
we sent to the client, with the two concepts
they elected to revise.
|
 |
|
Some
variations were made to the two concepts and
a new sheet was submitted for review.
Although initially the "Shooting
Star" theme was the forerunner, at this
point we were able to determine that we
would be continuing with the "Large
O" logo.
|
 |
|
The client
wanted to incorporate a tagline into the
logo. Several typefaces were presented, and
one selected.
|
 |
|
Below is the
final logo accepted by the client.
|
 |
|
As we also
prepared a stationery package for this
client, the next stages were similar to the
logo process, beginning with the different
concepts for letterhead, envelopes and
business cards. |
 |
|
The end
result was another satisfied client with a
new logo, letterhead, envelopes, business
cards and mailing stickers which we not only
designed but had printed and shipped to the
client with a CD containing all of their
identity material files and usage guides. |
