How to Utilize your
"Featured Listings" Feature
on your MLS Website
On every MLS website we create, a "Featured Listings"
page is a standard feature of your website. The link will be
as follows - with your web URL and client ID substituted in
as noted:
http://YOURWEBNAME.mlsb.com/mls/featured.cfm?cid=YOUR
CLIENT ID
Your client ID is a four digit number that shows in all
of your MLS custom pages. Please ask if you do not know what
it is.
In addition to this page, which shows every one of your
listings, you can also have a "Solds Gallery" showing
your sold homes. Or you may opt to include your sold/pending
listings at the bottom of your "Featured Listings" page.
A "Solds Gallery" page can be created with this link:
http://YOURWEBNAME.mlsb.com/mls/solds.cfm?cid=YOUR
CLIENT ID
If you would prefer your pending/sold listings to appear
at the bottom of your "Featured Listings" page, log in to
the administration section of your website. Click on Account
Set Up>General Settings. Click on the YES button for the
item: Show Sold/Pending Properties on Featured Listings
Page.

All of your listings will automatically show up in your
"Featured Listings" page, so long as your MLS is set up
correctly with your agent or office code. If they do not,
notify us so that we can get them set up straight.
As soon as a house comes off the market (sold,
pending or otherwise), it will be removed from your
"Featured Listings" page. There are a couple of minor steps
you then take to include it in either your sold/pending
listings on your "Featured Listings" page or in your "Solds
Gallery".
To do this, log into your site administration section and
click on Listings>Sold/Pending. Each home that you have had
in the system that is no longer active will be residing
here. They just hide out here until you have decided that
you would like for them to show on your website.
In order to make one of these properties show on your
website as sold or pending, click on the property name.
Under Modify Property Info, the first two options are "Show
on Website" and "Property Status". Click YES for "Show on
Website" and set the status as either Pending, Sold, or
Unknown.

You can also enter data for the "Sold Price" if you would
like that to show as well as the asking price.
When you are done, click "Submit Changes".
The property will now show on your website in the place
you have selected, either your "Solds Gallery", or at the
bottom of your "Featured Listings" page, under a new header
called "Sold/Pending Properties".
If you want to completely remove this property from your
website, go back to this section of the administration and
click NO for "Show on Website".
