Content Management System (CMS)

Make your own updates to your website through an online Control Panel. Change text and images, add pages and even sections to the website - and they're automatically added to the site's navigation. All updates are instant and there's a version roll-back feature in case you make a mistake. For complete details, visit the CMS section of our website. You'll get the same robust solution shown here integrated into your new real estate website.
Note: the CMS is also a foundation for several other add-ons and will be required in conjunction with them.

 

Blog! (or News & Announcements)

Start your own Real Estate Blog on your website. Add your own entries with text, images, links and more. Your site will also feature an archive of past blogs. Articles can be "tagged" and browsed by tag cloud. Allow visitor comments, and enable your clients to subscribe to your blog via RSS. Also includes a box on your home page with your latest blog headline and a link to that blog entry. Updates automatically.

Featured Properties Slideshow

An eye-catching rotating slideshow of the main photographs associated with all of your current listings. Rotates through all of your active listings. Also displays price, bed/bath count and location of each listing. Generally placed on yoru home page, each listing image links to that listing's details page on your site. Updates automatically.

 

 

Featured Neighborhoods/Communities

Give your visitors the information they are looking for while raising your search engine ratings with relevant content pages. The Featured Neighborhoods/Communities overview page will have a small photo and short description of each neighborhood, which will link to a more detailed page for each community. Include photos, text, links, maps and more. Additionally, showcase a "featured" community on your home page with a spotlighted box, which links in to that community's page. A great way to shed light on a neighborhood where you have a high concentration of listings.

QuickSearch

A fast and effective way to bring visitors into your site by searching for a property right from the home page. Includes location, bed, bath, min and max price parameters.

 

 

 

Email Newsletter Campaigns

A great viral marketing, email newsletters further establish your expertise and keep you in front of the eyes of your leads. We'll create an attractive layout for you that coordinates with your website to further establish your brand recognition. We'll add a sign-up form on your website, and even a newsletter archive page where every newsletter you send out automatically gets posted once you send it out. Note: This "Add-On" includes your email newsletetr layout design, a sign-up form on your website, and an archive page to display past mailings. Your first mailing is also included. Additional emailings cost only $5 per mailing plus 2.9 cents per recipient.

 

Real Estate Articles

Another source of information from you, the expert, for your clients... and another abundant source of keywords and content for the search engines. Write about Info for Buyers, Info for Sellers, Real Estate Terms... anything you have knowledge of that you woudl like to share. The article overview page will have thumbnail images and a short synopsys of each article, which will link to the full article page. Include links, images, downloadable documents and more. You can allow visitors to comment on your articles and/or to subscribe to your articles by RSS to be notified when you write something new. You can also tag your articles to categorize them by topic.

IDX System Branding

Your new website will be sending out emails to all of your subscribers on your behalf every day. Visitors can also print out printable flyers of any listing on the site. Both of these are excellent opportunies to further reinforce your branding. We'll create a colorful header image with your name and contact information, photo, logo and more and we'll set up your system to include this header with every email and on every printable flyer.
