Comprehensive MLS Search Engine:
The search engine capabilities rival any on the market. Every aspect can be customized to fit your needs.
  • Company/agent listings displayed first (with your logo) in all search results
  • Visitors to your website are directed to your property search page and fill out their custom search criteria
  • Standard search functions include: city or zip code, minimum/maximum price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, minimum square footage, with or without thumbnail photos.
  • Advanced search functions can include age of home, lot size, garage, pool, fireplace, waterfront location and more.
  • Matching Results are returned in groups, with links to full display.
  • Up to 12 photos added automatically to enhance to presentation of your listings.

Daily Email Update Service:
In addition to keeping your client up to date on listings, this tool keeps you in their mailbox, and allows you to export their data into email or contact management programs.
  • Your web users can sign up to receive customized daily email updates from you with new listings that match their settings
  • When your clients click links on the Daily Email Update, they are automatically logged into their personal property organizer, where they can save properties, save searches, and more to keep them coming back to your site.
  • When a client signs-up for daily email updates, you receive an email notifying you of the new subscriber
  • Your client receives an initial email with all property matches for the settings they entered as well as instructions on how to access their personal Property Organizer, where they can save listings and manage their search settings
  • This feature can be set so that a phone number is required before system accepts signup - or not - at your discretion.

Featured Properties Page:
This page will showcase all of your personal or company listings. You can modify all of your listings and make them 100% custom. You don't have to add each of your new listings to the page, it updates itself automatically each day based on your agent code in the MLS.
  • Display your company's listings automatically. Data is pulled out of the MLS database based on your office/broker codes.
  • Company or agent can customize their own listings through browser-based interface: change the photo, add or modify the property description, add a link to a virtual tour, add a photo tour of up to 12 photos with captions, add a flash tour, post a property report or disclosure package, detach the MaqQuest map, add open house information and more.
  • Display your Sold/Pending listings on your featured properties page or on a separate sold properties gallery page.

Open Homes Page:
The Open Homes manager keeps track of all of your open homes, noting the times on the listings as well as keeping an automated, up-to-date page listing all current Open Homes dates.
  • Easily maintain an open homes page by adding open home information to your listings in our browser-based website administrator
  • No need to delete old open homes, only future open homes are displayed. Past open homes drop off the list automatically.
