The search engine capabilities rival any on the

Daily Email Update Service:

In addition to keeping your client up to
date on listings, this tool keeps you in their mailbox, and
allows you to export their data into email or contact management
programs.
- Your web users can sign up
to receive customized daily email updates from you with new
listings that match their settings
- When your clients click
links on the Daily Email Update, they are automatically
logged into their personal property organizer, where they
can save properties, save searches, and more to keep them
coming back to your site.
- When a client signs-up for
daily email updates, you receive an email notifying you of
the new subscriber

automatically. Data is pulled out of the MLS database based
on your office/broker codes.
- Company or agent can customize their own
listings through browser-based interface: change the photo,
add or modify the property description, add a link to a
